SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a variety of Shipping options for our Products. Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 States in the USA. We are always looking to expand our options for our customers beyond these locations including international options. Please check back to see if we offer shipping in your area.

Store Pickup
You are welcome to pick up from our local store in Short Hills. Kindly notify us at checkout about your option for store pickup. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you and you can pick up at yor convenience during normal business hours.
Local Delivery
For customers local to Short Hills and nearby towns, we offer 2-day delivery options for a nominal fee.
Regular Shipping
Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail. Standard shipping rates apply. Priority Shipping is available. Kindly make your selection at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I need to return products from my order. What are your policies?
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return products for a refund. All returns must be for unused products, accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

I’m purchasing a gift for someone. What if they don’t like it?
We’re confident all of our products at Candy Beauty will be to your satisfaction. We are committed to quality and offer the finest natural and unique products on the market today. If for some reason you're not satisfied, we accept gift returns for exchange or store credit, via mail or to a retail store. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, however, you may return the unwanted items via mail or to our store located in Short Hills, NJ. Please note: After placing a web or phone order, please message Customer Care immediately to make changes or cancellations, as your order will begin processing within minutes.
GIFT CARD POLICY
1. Candy Beauty will only honor Gift Cards and eGift Cards purchased through our stores, website, mobile app.

2. You can choose Gift cards for Preset Values of $15, $30, $50, $75, $100. Min value is $15.

3. All gift Card Sales are Final and Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds.

4. Gift Card Balances Do Not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply.

5. The value of any Card will not be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, or used without authorization.

6. Items purchased by a Gift Card, eGift Card and returned will be subject to Candy Beauty's returns policy. The refund will be credited to either an online credit (if returned by mail) or another Gift Card, depending on the original method of payment for the item.
